The eSafety Challenge event is hosted by Automobile Club d’Italia (ACI) in Vallelunga, Italy 8-9 September 2009. The event is co-funded by the European Commission, the FIA Foundation and eSafetyAware and supported by Euro NCAP. The eSafety Challenge will be opened by the European Commission Vice President Antonio Tajani and has the participation of eSafetyAware president, Jean Todt; UK Minister for Transport Paul Clark and seven-time Formula One Chamption Michael Schumacher. Demonstrations of eSafety technologies will be done by some of the world's best drivers like Heikki Kovalainen, Luca Badoer, Tom Kristensen, Susie Stoddart, Robert Kubica and Timo Glock.
